inovoo GmbH, based in Inning am Ammersee, develops forward-looking products and bespoke solutions for more efficient business processes in the areas of archiving, customer communication and process automation.

Acting as a strategic consultancy, we analyze your IT-based processes and systems so that our products can help enable maximum automation. To do so, we optimize critical business processes and help businesses connect with their customers in real-time across all channels, including mail, fax, email, web, social media and mobile. We make use of all the interfaces required in order to offer fully integrated solutions to our customers.

Our solutions are developed using our own independent platform (the framework), allowing us to offer our customers bespoke solutions based on standard technology, all from one source. Our long-term customers include many well-known statutory health insurance providers, insurance firms, banks, the industrial sector and government authorities.

From the consulting stage onwards, through development and system integration, all the way to support and beyond, we stand ready to assist our customers with our passion and our sense of innovation.

After winning the EMC² Innovation Award for "Best Capture Solution" in May 2015, NOVO Mobile has now received EMC² certification following a rigorous testing and analysis regime.

NOVO Mobile fully integrates with the EMC² Enterprise Content Division (ECD) product stack, which includes Captiva and Documentum, thereby enabling improved internal and external communication through the provision of a 2-way dialog platform.  As a result, paperless customer on-boarding processes can be mobile-enabled using forms and real-time customer communication.

All this is rounded off by the highest safety and encryption standards, with integrated functionality for the signing of documents directly on a mobile device.

inovoo’s Invoice Booster for ApplicationXtender, based on inovoo’s award-winning NOVO Mobile platform, was awarded the Best Design Integration Solution for excellence and innovation in solution development, design integration, and best practices for implementation and deployment.

Invoice Booster dramatically simplifies invoice processing by allowing a user’s mobile device camera to photograph a paper-based invoice, securely transmit the compressed image to an OCR service, validate the recognized data and approve payment all within the app. The image and metadata are then forwarded to an ApplicationXtender A/P workflow.
